Nike Sportswear rented the Montalban Theater on Vine, in Hollywood, CA to use as their showroom. From a design standpoint this is amazing because it puts your product directly within the public’s reach. The thing is this only works with a mid-sized space because why pay for an Opera Hall if the fat lady ain’t singing? The last time I went in there to check the showroom, they were prepping for a Family Guy Emmy party. Most weekends you can walk right in and check their fresh wears. They usually have something dope going on, like film screenings and that sort of thing. The Nike Skateboarding film, “Debacle” debut here.
