P-Rod is an Actor Now

Professional Skateboarder Paul Rodriguez Jr is following in the footsteps of his actor dad, the comedic Paul Rodriguez Sr, after all.
P-Rod’s silver screen debut is in “Vicious Circle,” and that film happened to win “Best Picture” at the HBO New York International Film Festival this past July. This film also happens to be Paul Boyd’s directorial debut. He also wrote the screenplay.
Set in Venice Beach, CA, P-Rod stars as “RJ,” an aspiring comic book artist who falls in love with “Angel,” played by Emily Rios (Quinceanera). Like “Romeo & Juliet” their lives are dangerously intertwined so that makes their relationship tumultuous. This is a story about how the consequences of your bad path in life can be pretty ugly.
